Why we show you the price, and the fit, before you pay

Most telehealth asks for your card before you learn whether they can help. We built SwiftCareRx the other way around, on purpose.

The usual order is backwards

Sign up. Enter your card. Then find out whether the service can actually help with your problem. That's the standard flow for most online care, and it means a meaningful number of people pay for a visit that was never going to end in treatment.

We inverted it. On SwiftCareRx you go through the entire intake with no account and no card. If your answers show that your situation needs in-person care, you find out right then, before paying anything. Only when it looks like something we can handle do you create an account and check out.

Flat price means flat price

The price you see is the price you pay. That includes the provider's review, your treatment plan, any prescription sent electronically to your pharmacy, a work or school note when it's clinically appropriate, and follow-up questions about that visit. If your provider decides a short video call would help, that's included too.

We mention this specifically because add-on fees are common in this industry, charges for a doctor's note, for messaging your provider, for sending the prescription. We don't do any of that.

What we won't do

That last one costs us visits. We think a service that tells you up front when it isn't the right fit is worth more than one that takes the payment anyway.
