How It Works

Feel better in three simple steps

No appointments, no waiting rooms. Start from your phone and a licensed provider takes it from there.

1 Step 1

Answer questions about your health

Choose your condition and answer a few questions about your symptoms and health history. It usually takes about 5 to 10 minutes.

2 Step 2

A provider reviews your visit

A licensed provider reviews your visit and builds a treatment plan for your condition and history. If they need more detail, they may request a quick video call at no extra charge.

3 Step 3

Get your prescription at your pharmacy

Your prescription is sent to your pharmacy of choice, often ready in 1 to 2 hours. Check with your pharmacy on timing and pick it up when it is ready.

Asynchronous visits

40+ conditions. One flat price each.

Something wrong today. No guessing what it'll cost, no insurance forms, just tell us what's going on.

Ongoing conditions like blood pressure, cholesterol and diabetes are not on this list. Those are managed with your provider as a member, .

* $0 with a SwiftCare Plus or Elite membership: unlimited symptomatic visits, with your ongoing primary care handled directly by your provider. Cancel anytime.

Why I started SwiftCare

You stay in control of your care.

Most healthcare makes you sign up, hand over your email, and pay before you have any idea whether it's the right fit for you. I always hated that pressure. It felt backwards.

So we built the opposite. You go through the entire intake with no account and no card, and you decide if it's a good fit before you commit. Clear flat prices, a licensed provider on every visit, and no surprises. I'd rather tell you up front that we're not the right fit than have you feel let down after a visit.

If any of the following apply, see a doctor in person

As an online doctor's office, there are necessary limitations on who and how we can help. Telehealth works well for many common conditions, but it isn't the right setting for everyone. If any of the following apply to you, please see a doctor, nurse practitioner, urgent care, or emergency room in person instead of starting a visit here.

You are under 18 years old
You are 71 years of age or older (some programs, such as Weight Loss, have a lower age limit)
You are currently outside the state of Florida
You are experiencing a medical emergency of any kind
You are having thoughts of harming yourself or others
You have chest pain, trouble breathing, or symptoms of stroke (face drooping, slurred speech, weakness)
You have severe bleeding, a severe allergic reaction, or signs of anaphylaxis
You are unable to provide your own medical history or consent (due to cognitive impairment, guardianship, or similar)
You need a controlled substance prescription (we do not prescribe these via telehealth)
Your symptoms require a hands-on physical exam, in-person testing, or imaging to safely diagnose
You have a complex or unstable chronic condition needing close, hands-on monitoring
You require a DOT physical, school/sports physical, or other exam requiring an in-person hands-on visit

This list is general guidance, not exhaustive. Some conditions have their own specific limitations beyond this list, those are noted on the condition's own page. Your provider always has final say on whether telehealth is appropriate for your specific situation, even if none of the above apply.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room now. Do not use this site.
